Day football shoot out competition at Greenbridge Retail &
Leisure Park, Sean Stephenson with son Damian (aged 3 1/2),
centre manager Lionel Dicks, and runner up Simon Stevenette
with two of his sons, Robert aged 11 and William, 7.
Competitors were challenged to get the highest score possible
in three attempts of striking the ball through holes in an
inflatable wall worth varying points. Sean’s skills
have won him a £200 prize to include one month’s
membership at Cannons, as well as vouchers from JJB Sports
and Argos. The Swindon Town FC fan from Park North was delighted
with his prize.
Runner up Rev Simon Stevenette, of Christ Church in Old Town,
is the chaplain for Swindon Town FC. The sports enthusiast
enjoys playing football with his children and plans to spend
his vouchers on sports equipment for the garden.
